We have some special rules regarding bookings that fall on a Public Holiday or long weekend:
Total payment at the time of booking is required to secure your booking.
Any cancellation will incur a minimum $50 service fee.
If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of your arrival time, 100% of the total booking will be payable.
If a booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of your arrival time, 50% of the total booking, or the first night’s accommodation, which ever is the greater amount, will be payable.
There will be no refund for early departures.
When you make a booking, your information is sent via a secure, encrypted channel to prevent anyone who shouldn't accessing it.
Your details will not be shared with any third party, except where neccessary to facilitate your stay.
We recognise that accidents can occur, but any willful or reckless loss or damage will be debited to the guests account.
